Step 1 - Connect with us

The fist step is telling us about your project so that we can provide you with a proposal. The Get A Quote page will guide you through the information we need to get started. After we have all the information we need you will receive an email with a link to your project proposal. The online proposal will outline cost, time and objectives for your project.

Step 2 - Initialize Project

Before we begin, you need to accept the proposal. Once the proposal has been accepted you will receive an invoice for the deposit. The deposit is typically 50% of the project cost. We accept major credit cards, PayPal and checks. Once the deposit is paid we begin the next business day.

Step 3 - Proofing

Each project will vary for the proofing process. At some point during the project we will require your feedback. We want you to feel confident and completely satisfied with our work. In every case, we will continue to finesse the project until you are completely satisfied.

Step 4 - Delivery

After the final proof is approved you will receive a link to download the final project to your desktop. All our work is delivered digitally and we do not offer printing services. We will gladly work with your printer to ensure they have the file formats and information they need to do their job.

Step 5 - Completed Project

After the project has been delivered, an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent to your email. It is due upon receipt. Please give us your feedback, we like to hear that we have done a good job.
